Come join our growing team! Our PureRejuv Wellness Center is a vibrant workplace that focuses on providing high
quality integrated health services and retreats for visiting guests and nearby patients. You will communicate with retreat guests and clients, schedule their treatments, arrange retreat spaces, coordinate with logistics, facilities, and kitchen teams, and work reception on the weekends. This role demands strong organization and communication skills, as well as attention to detail. Job Responsibilities:

  • Communication:
    • Contact retreat registrants via phone and email regarding program registration, intake forms, scheduling, and general inquiries
    • Coordinate with retreat center logistics team to manage booking of practice rooms and dining spaces for wellness retreats
    • Communicate with kitchen to meet needs of guests with dietary restrictions and confirm retreat menus
    • Communicate with therapists, doctors, yoga instructors, and retreat center staff regarding retreat schedules, wellness services, and medical appointments
  • Administration:
    • Work closely with wellness center director and front office manager to plan and coordinate wellness retreat programs
    • Organize folders and manage informative handouts for retreat guests
    • Create and distribute individual schedules for retreat guests
    • Maintain “Retreat Planning & Management” spreadsheet
    • Process intake forms
  • Weekend Reception:
    • Open and close health center
    • Greet and check in guests upon arrival
    • Answer phones and manage wellness center email inquiries
    • Schedule clients and process payments utilizing MindBody scheduling software
    • Complete support tasks for massage treatments, including making body scrubs and cleaning supplies and putting away laundry
    • General cleaning and office upkeep as needed
  • Setup and breakdown of retreat spaces:
    • Work closely with retreat center logistics team to prepare and set up retreat spaces
    • Coordinate with kitchen to set up and prepare private dining room for weekend retreat guests
    • Breakdown retreat spaces and clean as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Reliability: Punctual and reliable
