Program Calendar

Dive into a life-changing course of study to deepen your understanding of the yoga tradition, and your own personal yoga practice. Drawing from ancient yoga theory and modern knowledge of the body and mind, this program covers the complete scope of yoga practice.

This program is offered in partnership between the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, and the Himalayan Institute center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, meeting approximately two weekends per month from October 2016 to June 2017.

Kate Kill

Kate serves as President on the Board of Directors for the Himalayan Institute of Pittsburgh and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. Himalayan Institute – Pittsburgh

As a nonprofit, educational facility, The Himalayan Institute of Pittsburgh helps members incorporate the principles of yoga into everyday life, to develop a healthy body, a clear mind, and a joyful spirit. The Institute’s staff includes full- and part-time professionals trained extensively in the yoga tradition. Our yoga boutique is staffed with students and teachers who generously volunteer their time to help keep the Institute running physically and financially.
