Let yourself RECEIVE BIG. Let your SELF LOVE be BIG.

With joy we celebrate this new year by celebrating YOU. There is great emphasis on you because of your innate worth. Each of us is born with very special gifts to offer the world, and only through taking time to learn what your gifts are can they manifest into bright creation. This is an invitation to let yourself become liberated through a safe retreat container allowing us to become totally radical in our authentic desires.

Experience a unique weekend retreat immersed in guided practices that support the journey of loving yourself. This will be an intentional weekend to strengthen the muscle of devotion to your life while having fun expressing what your heart wants to create and experience during the new year.

The journey of self love and being able to receive go hand in hand. Often we think that prosperity is only money, but our retreat will be a journey to see the ways wealth shows up in the form of connections, nature, and joyful emotions. Many of us have not been taught how to fully love ourselves or how to fully embrace the prosperity that is infinite around us. This is a wealth consciousness upgrade immersion.

This retreat will support those who are seeking restoration and creation — a total transformation. As we learn useful skills to embody self love, our whole life can begin to change in our favor. Participants will feel confident and supported for a lasting effect of inspiration.Through connection to self and a bright community, we will gather to declare our dream year — creating a deeply meaningful community and welcoming bright expansion.

What if this year was the year to build relationships with prosperity and receptivity? The numerology of 2024 is defined as the year of the “8”, meaning abundance, confidence, success, and the ability to magnetize what you most deeply desire.

In 2024, Dragon will be associated with the element of wood. It indicates a time for new starts, great beginnings, hard work, power to grow, and prosperity. The element of Wood is also known to be the mother of the element of Fire. So it has the ability to create passion, creativity, and invention, and the power to introduce new things.

This retreat happens during the FIRST full moon of 2024, the ultimate timeline to illuminate our deepest wishes.

Workshops will be focused on alchemizing limitations through practices of:
  • Moka Origins Cacao Ceremonies / Divine DJ music
  • Crystal Sound Bath Meditation
  • Yoga/ Somatic Movement
  • EFT Tapping
  • Breathwork / Yoga Nidra
  • Guided Visualization / Subconscious Restoring
  • Self Love / Prosperity Workshop
  • New Year Dream Vision Board Workshop
  • Full Moon Celebration
  • Community Connection / Share Circle

Each participant will receive a luxurious self love package. Loving yourself is the greatest gift that we can give to others.

Tuition is sliding scale $299-$499 to help support Retreat Scholarship Opportunities for Spring 2024.

Open to seekers of all backgrounds and traditions, the Shrine provides a serene, sacred space for meditation, quiet reflection, prayer, and contemplation.
Nourishing Meals
Our nutritionally balanced vegetarian meals are thoughtfully prepared to nourish body, mind, and spirit. Each of our three daily meals is designed to be easily digestible and to support a meditative lifestyle. Sharing meals here naturally fosters connection, offering both deep nourishment and a sense of community.
Loving Community
The Himalayan Institute welcomes people from all walks of life. With a blend of short-term guests, long-term visitors, and a vibrant residential community, the atmosphere here is warm, inviting, and rooted in kindness, generosity, and service. It’s a place where friendships form naturally, often becoming the kind of connections that feel like family, and last a lifetime.
Rest in Nature
Nestled in the rolling hills of the Poconos, the Himalayan Institute’s 400-acre campus offers breathtaking views, scenic hiking trails, and quiet spaces for reflection and contemplation. Walking is a favorite activity, whether along our groomed trails or meandering paved roads, inviting both movement and mindful presence in nature.
Conscious Simplicity
At the Himalayan Institute, we embrace simplicity in all aspects of life, from our surroundings to our approach to yoga. By minimizing distractions, we create space to strengthen the inner self and quiet the mind. Guided by authenticity and grounded in philosophy rather than frills, we support a path of meaningful personal growth.

Our Himalayan Café serves the Institute’s signature chai, coffee, and homemade cookies and treats on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The 24/7 Tea Lounge offers a variety of herbal teas for anytime enjoyment.
