In this unit, we will take a deeper look at agni, with different ways of understanding this concept. We will re-visit the six stages of digestion and work with the concepts of rasa, virya, and vipaka to deepen our understanding of how digestion can become imbalanced. Imbalanced digestion can create ama and eventually, disease.
