We all need strong immunity—especially during COVID-19. Our immune system is made of the lymph system (all lymph nodes, the thymus and spleen), various types of white blood cells, and a vast array of chemical messengers. All of these cells, messengers, and organs create a surveillance system that is constantly on the alert for possible invaders (like viruses and bacteria), and is attentive to injured tissues that need help. They determine what is “SELF” and destroy what it perceives as “Not-Self”. In total, our immune system is our internal army: it fights to defend us from any potential threat.

Modern living—chronic stress, poor nutrition, sedentary lifestyle, chemical exposures—can weaken our immune system strength. The good news is that we have a variety of natural ways to strengthen it! We can make adjustments to our lifestyle that are supportive to immune function while taking herbs and supplements that nourish and strengthen our immunity. These adjustments can be easily integrated into our lives, and provide the ground for optimal health of our immune system now and for the rest of our lives.

In this five-session weekend webinar, you will learn:
  • How our immune system is amazingly adaptive, discriminating, and powerful
  • Simple, but powerful adjustments with food and nutrition to strengthen immunity by addressing the health of our microbiome
  • How to use vitamins and herbs to bolster your immune strength when needed
  • How to use herbal medicines to prepare your immune system for any future attack
  • The importance of exercise to keep our internal ecology vibrant and healthy
  • Insights and essential practices of yoga and ayurveda to boost and maintain optimal immunity

Every session will include some practice “To-Do’s” so you can put this information into action!

Join Dr. Carrie for this timely and informative webinar and discover ways to strengthen your immune system, and regain a feeling of empowerment, confidence, and optimism in the presence of viruses such as Covid-19.
