Experience a week with author and stress-relief expert Brett Cotter to release layers of emotional pain and break the cycles of stress so you can feel your best. Immerse yourself in a fun, supportive group environment that includes deep emotional healing with Brett’s laser coaching balanced with music, movement, and meditation.

(Weekend Option Available)

“Brett’s unique system reaches deep within the soul, alleviating stress and trauma. He is a lifeboat in the storm.”

Debra Duneier, Mother, CEO, Eco Chi

The Stress Is Gone Method is a transformational healing modality that includes on-the-spot relief, lighthearted learning, and aftercare for long-term relaxation.

Retreat Participants:
  • Receive individual attention, encouragement, and support
  • Are guided to release deep emotional pain and make peace with their past
  • Feel tension lift from their body while laser coaching
“As a clinician, it was impressive feeling my own stress lift out of my body. I’ve already encouraged several family members to call for coaching!”
Gerri DeBenedetto, Mother, LCSW, NY
As tension releases, participants usually feel:
  • More light and open in their heart, mind, and body
  • Warm waves of energy expanding from the inside out
  • Being uplifted, empowered, and reconnected to themselves

“Brett creates a safe space to open up and has an innate ability to get to the core issues. You feel them leave your body. It was a life-changing experience.”

Sarah StanczewskI, Working Mom, NY

Veterans, first responders, caregivers, frontline and healthcare workers, mothers and daughters, sisters and grandmothers: you are all invited to break the cycles of pain and anxiety.

This Work Helps Release Emotional Pain From:
  • Growing Up with Alcoholic or Drug-Addicted Parents
  • Sexual Abuse, Domestic Violence, or Sexual Assault
  • Overwhelm, Hopelessness, Sadness, or Neglect
  • Loved Ones with Substance Abuse Issues
  • Raising a Child with Special Needs
  • Abusive or Neglectful Parents
  • A Narcissist in Your Life
  • The Uncertainty of Family Court
  • Relationship Breakups, Loss
  • Out of Control Family Issues
  • Caregiver Stress Syndrome
  • Military Sexual Trauma
  • Medical Trauma

“Battling depression, anxiety, and PTSD for decades has led me to several counselors, but Brett was different. His technique to guide me through my healing was exactly what I needed. It didn’t take long at all! Life is sweet again and I am blessed. Thank you, Brett!”

Rhonda Stockstill, Ret. USAF
What to expect when you walk into the room:

Comfortable options for your personal space; a chair, backjack, or lying comfortably on the floor with a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. An introduction from Brett about himself and the work. A quick share from each participant about what they came to let go of (group size permitting), and we begin.

The Work:

Brett asks questions to gently surface the source of your stress, usually stemming from childhood. As one participant is releasing pain with Brett, other people with similar issues also begin to let go. Brett then guides the group through intuitive affirmations to release the emotional tension from the body and the old memory. Emotional releases often heal childhood traumas that amplify our everyday stress. Lighthearted teaching is interwoven to integrate the lessons of the work into our everyday lives.

We Face and Embrace the Pain Together So You Can Finally Be Free!

“This work gave me back to myself by allowing me to visit the perfect space of my existence. Like a touchstone, it’s powerful enough to transport me beyond my biggest problems into a place where I’m free.”

Elizabeth O’Neal, Mom, Real Estate Agent

“I was wrapped in the warmth, love, and presence of my deceased son, grandma, and grandpa. It was so peaceful. This happened again after another session and I felt my son with me all day. Brett truly has a God-given gift.”

Sandra Henderson, Teacher, Grandma, Wife, AR

“I was shocked: for the first time I saw light beings. There was a team around Brett throughout the retreat. A large light being stood behind him and one by each side. At one point the large one raised an arm, spread its legs, and morphed into a triangle of light. Another knelt in front of Brett extending one arm.”

Debby Stein, Intuitive Energy Practitioner, Stamford, CT
