Program CalendarJoin Nicole and Heidi for a weekend of relaxation and Ayurvedic education on how to build your deep vitality, which is called ojas. They will teach you yoga, pranayama, and meditation practices, along with Ayurvedic cooking to help you build the vital sap that Ayurveda credits with keeping our immunity an equanimity intact. You will leave with a guide on how to sustain a home practice to keep you feeling rested, energized, and full of deep vitality.
