A five-day, in-person immersion exploring the chakra system through yoga, study, and embodied practice.

Rooted in Established Lineage.

This Chakra Yoga Teacher Training Immersion is offered through Sacred Centers Academy, a respected educational institution dedicated to conscious studies, yoga philosophy, and integrative teaching.

The training is grounded in the chakra system as articulated by Anodea Judith, whose work has shaped modern understanding of the chakras through her seminal books Eastern Body, Western Mind and Wheels of Life.

These teachings provide a psychologically informed, energetically coherent framework that bridges classical wisdom with contemporary yoga practice.

Through This Immersion, You Will:

  • Understand the psychological and energetic themes associated with each chakra.
  • Develop language and teaching skills for presenting chakra yoga clearly and responsibly.
  • Engage in self-inquiry that supports authentic, embodied teaching.
  • Learn within a supportive group container that values presence, curiosity, and integration.

This immersion is led by Gwen Rebbeck, E-RYT 500, YACEP, Core Faculty Member of Sacred Centers Academy. https://www.sacredcentersacademy.com/faculty
