Experience a weekend of deep emotional healing with author and Stress Is Gone Founder Brett Cotter. Quickly release layers of emotional pain, anxiety, and old trauma. Immerse yourself in a fun, supportive group environment. The sessions include deep emotional healing with Brett’s intuitive laser coaching balanced with music, movement, and meditation.

“Brett’s unique system reaches deep within the soul, alleviating stress and trauma. He is a lifeboat in the storm.”
— Debra Duneier, CEO, Eco Chi

The Stress Is Gone Method is a transformational healing modality that includes live healing, some learning, and simple lifestyle shifts for lasting relief.

Your retreat also comes with a…

  • Workbook to help you master the SIG Method
  • Mobile app to predict and shut down future stress
  • Membership that offers 20+ sessions/month for lasting healthy lifestyle change

Retreat Participants:

  • Receive individual attention, encouragement, and support
  • Release deep emotional pain and make peace with their past
  • Feel tension lift from their body while laser coaching

“As a clinician, it was impressive feeling my own stress lift out of my body. I’ve already encouraged several family members to call for coaching!”
— Gerri DeBenedetto, LCSW, NY

As tension releases, participants experience:

  • A tingling feeling around the shoulders, head, or heart
  • Warm waves of love expanding from inside their body
  • A feeling of being uplifted, empowered, or reconnected within themselves

“Brett creates a safe space to open up and has an innate ability to get to the core issues. You feel them leave your body. It was a life-changing experience.”
— Sarah StanczewskI, Hard-working Mom, NY

What to expect when you walk into the space:

Comfortable options for your personal space; a chair, backjack, or lay comfortably on the floor with a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. An introduction from Brett about himself and the work. A quick share from each participant about what they came to let go of, and we begin.

The Work:

Brett asks questions that surface the deeper source of your stress. He then guides the group through intuitive affirmations to release the emotional tension from the body and the old memory. Emotional releases often heal childhood traumas that amplify everyday stress. Teaching is lightly interwoven to connect the work with important life lessons that apply to everyday routine.

“I was wrapped in the warmth, love, and presence of my deceased son, grandma, and grandpa. It was so peaceful. This happened again after another session and I felt my son with me all day. Brett truly has a God-given gift.”
— Sandra Henderson, Teacher, Grandma, Wife AR

“I was shocked, for the first time I saw light beings. There was a team around Brett throughout the retreat. A large light being stood behind him and one by each side. At one point the large one raised an arm, spread its legs, and morphed into a triangle of light. Another knelt in front of Brett extending one arm.”
— Debby Stein, Intuitive Energy Practitioner, Stamford CT
