Join us in the Poconos for a weekend of mindfulness and relaxation. 

This is meant to be a self-care, self-transformative time!

Learn to awaken, strengthen, and release the body as you discover the subtleness of your mind.  Understand how your body and mind process the stressors of daily living and how to play the waves of your nervous system.

Schedule will include group meditation, Sunrise Yoga to fire the core (and the spirit!), myofascial release during our Deep Release Yoga session, a restorative session with an introduction to yoga nidra, and a farewell hike through the deep woods, with cookies and chai to top off the weekend. There will be plenty of time for self-exploration and even a therapeutic massage, which can be booked ahead of time through the PureRejuv Wellness Center.

This is an opportunity to reinvigorate yourself! A weekend to recognize what inspires you in life and how you can cultivate a strategy to live a happy life, in every moment, with every step you take.

This retreat is open to members and non-members of the Himalayan Institute. No experience in yoga is necessary, as we will be working with all walks of life.
