Cacao, Nature & Abundance Immersion Retreat

Embodied Earth: Deep Roots, Open Heart

Cacao, Nature & Abundance Immersion Retreat
May 22—24, 2026

Step into the fertile fullness of late spring — a time when the Earth hums with growth, fragrance, color, and quiet abundance. This immersive weekend retreat invites you to slow down, root deeply into your body, and rediscover your natural belonging within the living world.

Embodied Earth is devoted to the wisdom of the Earth element: stability, nourishment, sensual presence, and the quiet knowing that you are supported. Through heart-opening cacao ceremonies, somatic grounding practices, immersive time outdoors, and elemental ritual, you’ll cultivate a deeper relationship with the land, your body, and the abundance already unfolding in your life.

Late May carries a particular energy of ripeness — the moment when growth becomes visible, when what has been quietly gestating begins to show itself. This retreat gently invites you to notice what is ripening within you, and to receive it with openness, curiosity, and trust.

What You’ll Experience

The weekend follows a thoughtful arc of grounding, opening, and integration.

  • Three cacao ceremonies are woven through each day, accompanied by somatic practices to reconnect with body wisdom and nervous system balance.
  • A guided outdoor Earth & Abundance workshop explores reciprocal relationship with nature, while sensory immersion practices awaken presence and embodiment throughout.
  • A transformational fire ceremony creates space for release and renewal.
  • Community circles rooted in authenticity and care hold the container, with ample spacious time woven in for rest, journaling, and quiet reflection.
  • Each participant receives a curated care package to carry the retreat home.

Everything is intentionally paced so you can soften, listen inward, and truly feel.

Ceremonial Cacao

Throughout the weekend, we will work with Moka Cacao, prepared and stewarded on the grounds of the Himalayan Institute. This cacao is approached with mindfulness, reverence, and connection to both land and community — a gentle ally in opening awareness, softening the heart, and supporting grounded presence.

Our ceremonies are spacious, trauma-aware, and invitational — not performative or dogmatic. Cacao serves as a companion for emotional openness, sensory awareness, and heart-centered reflection. It deepens connection with nature and self, often experienced as a subtle warmth, clarity, and increased presence.

Abundance Consciousness & Prosperity

This retreat explores abundance as a lived, embodied experience — not simply material gain, but a deeper relationship with sufficiency, receptivity, and trust in life’s cycles. In nature, prosperity is expressed through diversity, nourishment, reciprocity, and rhythm. When we reconnect with the Earth, we often begin to soften scarcity patterns and remember that support, creativity, and opportunity arise from grounded presence rather than striving.

Together, we’ll gently explore the shift from scarcity mindset to embodied enoughness — learning to receive without guilt, urgency, or over-effort. We’ll recognize the many forms prosperity can take: emotional, relational, creative, financial, and spiritual. And we’ll explore how personal growth aligns with natural cycles of rest, growth, harvest, and renewal, with gratitude and reciprocity as the foundation of sustainable abundance.

The intention isn’t to force manifestation or productivity, but to foster a felt sense of being supported by life — which becomes the ground from which authentic prosperity naturally grows.

Fire Ceremony

During the retreat we gather for a letting go and creating fire ceremony, bringing the element of Fire into relationship with Earth. Where Earth grounds and nourishes, Fire transforms, clarifies, and initiates movement.

In this gentle ritual space, you’ll be invited to reflect on what feels complete or ready to be released, to honor what has supported your growth, and to consciously welcome what is emerging next. Through guided reflection, symbolic offerings, and shared presence around the fire, this ceremony anchors the weekend’s insights while opening space for new intention and vitality. Participation is always invitational — witnessing is just as meaningful as active ritual.

What You May Carry Home

Participants often leave with a deeper sense of groundedness and inner steadiness, and a renewed trust in the body as a source of wisdom. Many find an expanded capacity to receive abundance without striving, and greater emotional openness supported by cacao, fire, and community.

You may leave with a heightened sensory connection to the natural world, clarity around what is ripening in your life, and a felt sense of belonging — to self, others, and Earth. Rather than pushing transformation, this retreat allows change to arise organically through presence, relationship, and gentle attention.

You May Feel Called If…

You’re longing to slow down and reconnect with yourself. You want to deepen your relationship with nature, or experience cacao in a respectful ceremonial setting. You’re seeking to cultivate grounded abundance and presence, to be held in heart-centered community, or to honor a personal transition or seasonal shift.

Embodied Earth is ultimately an invitation — to soften into the season, to be nourished by the living world, and to leave with a fresh, embodied relationship to the ripeness of the Earth, the wisdom of your body, and your own unfolding prosperity.
