Program Calendar

Join us for an experience of exploring the ancient practices of yoga and qigong. We will guide you through movement, breathwork, and meditation that will allow you to tap into your own powerful inner pharmacy of healing.

In this weekend we will share the similarities and differences between yoga and qigong. We will practice different styles of yoga asana as well as a range of qigong practices and routines to increase immunity and resilience in our physical and emotional body.

We will dive into learning about different energy centers and lines in the body as well as how the five elements impact our constitution and how we show up in the world.

You will be treated to a very special evening dance performance combined with calligraphy and you will have the opportunity to practice this graceful and ancient art form.

You will take home simple yet powerful practices to bring balance into the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of yourself. During the special weekend retreat there will be time and space for you to embrace stillness, relaxation, and deep renewal.
