Program Calendar

Join Yoga Home co-founder Kerri Hanlon and Gaby Borelli for a late Fall retreat designed to bring you into the fullness of the season. You’ll enjoy the tremendous power of gathering in community, grounded yoga and mindfulness practices, and cultivate gratitude for the abundance of life’s offerings.

The weekend will include daily yoga sessions, hikes in the beautiful grounds of the Himalayan Institute, nourishing meals, and time for cozy cups of tea, journaling, and rest.

No experience is needed; only a willingness to show up. Brand-new beginners will find plenty of direction on all aspects of our practice, and more experienced yogis will discover deeper nuances of their practice.

This is a truly delightful way to embrace the season of Thanksgiving. Whether you’re someone who has a daily gratitude practice or someone who feels challenged by the concept, this retreat will support you in tapping deeper into your heart space to discover the true experience of feeling grateful.

This retreat is being offered through Yoga Home at the Himalayan Institute, approximately 3 hours from Philadelphia. Please note, all participants must be vaccinated and adhere to the Himalayan Institute’s Covid protocol.

Retreat includes:
  • 4 yoga practices — these will include a mix of slow flow, yin, gentle, and restorative (appropriate for all levels, from beginners to advanced)
  • Nature walk and hiking on the beautiful grounds of the Himalayan Institute
  • Bonfire (weather permitting) or Yoga Nidra
  • Down time for whatever your heart and soul needs

Check-in 4pm (dinner is at 6pm, program starts 7:15pm), Check-out Sunday 2pm (program concludes at noon, you are welcome to stay for lunch)

Community Tiered Pricing Model:

Our community tiered pricing model supports sustainability, access and equity making the practice of yoga more accessible to all. It’s also a practice in self-awareness and mindfulness. Please consider what feels sustainable for you and supportive of our community.
