  1. Ayurveda and Health Basics — Understand your constitution and how lifestyle choices based on the characteristics of your constitution can help maintain balance in body and mind.
  2. Yoga — a balanced practice that typically includes asanas, breath training, systematic relaxation, and seated meditation. Appropriate for all levels of experience, including beginners.
  3. Establishing a Meditation Practice — Meditation is made easy with a step-by-step technique for stilling the body, regulating the breath, quieting the mind, and developing an inner focus.
  4. Mindful Walking — a nontraditional form of meditation that helps you connect with the environment, communicate with nature, get to know your body, slow yourself down, strengthen concentration, increase your awareness of intention, expand everyday mindfulness, and connect to the present moment.
