Journeying with oneself can be so rich. We will journey inward, learning about the sheaths of our being experientially, and learning how to witness ourselves with interest and kindness, even as we dance with our shadows.

We will use yoga postures and philosophy, meditation, deep relaxation, chanting, divination tools, and dancing in our journey.
