Program CalendarTake a break from your day-to-day and get a nourishing recharge with a full weekend of authentic connection.
- Are you someone who prioritizes personal growth and conscious connection and seeks a community of like-minded humans who share your passion for relational mindfulness?
- Do you desire to communicate with greater authenticity, clarity, and courage, to listen with deeper empathy and curiosity, but feel stuck in having the tools to do so?
- Have you experienced Authentic Relating classes and workshops and left wanting more? (Note: beginners are welcome, too!)
This weekend retreat is for you!
In this full weekend deep dive, we will create an experiential learning lab to explore and practice a wide array of authentic relating practices that will help to expand your capacity to be more authentic, vulnerable, curious, present, and self-aware.
We will guide you through a series of carefully crafted and expertly guided authentic relating activities and relational meditation practices designed to make connecting with one another feel more meaningful, potent, and soul-filling.
Come play, be inspired, make new friends, and discover how nourishing it can be in connection with other conscious humans.
Side effects of Authentic Relating may include:
- Heightened Self Awareness
- A Sense of Inner Peace
- Emotional Intelligence
- Increased Empathy
- Piqued Curiosity
- Listening Skills
- Greater Joy
- Playfulness

- “Being there was amazing! Hearing other people’s stories and finally realizing I’m not alone gave me that sense of connection I was seeking. I had never done anything like that and I was afraid I was gonna be too scared to share, but your guidance made everything smooth.”
- “It pushes you out of your comfort zone, keeps you sharp, and teaches you how to be present to yourself and others.”
