Thank you Sarah for crafting and leading the most amazing yoga retreat for mothers. I feel like I “thawed out” the tension in my body, quieted my mind, rebalanced my body with intentional movement, and reconnected with the healing powers of nature. This retreat perfectly balanced time for yoga, solo relaxation, socializing, and outdoor activities. I loved sharing the experience with other mothers at different points in their journey. The yoga nidra session was, arguably, the most relaxed state I have achieved since my daughter was born. I returned home restored!
This is a beautiful and supportive community to retreat with for moms of young kids. Sarah has built a safe and nurturing space for us to show up as our most authentic selves, to rest, connect, stretch, reflect and heal. Sarah’s retreat allowed me to unplug from my life as a working mom and to slow down. It was a great weekend of both movement and stillness, practicing yoga, walking in the woods, and connecting with other moms. I came back home feeling completely refreshed!
