This workshop is designed to teach you simple and practical yoga techniques that will lead you to a regular, daily meditation practice for LIFE! It is designed to enhance both your vitality and your vigor throughout life.
You will learn to:
- Establish a comfortable seat
- Overcome distractions, minimizing the roaming tendencies of the mind
- Calm the nervous system
