For three days this fall, we’ll do just that. We’ll move our bodies and guide our thoughts in more meaningful ways, creating a balance of doing and being, so we can tap into the vitality of who we really are. Through dynamic, empowering asana, inspiring discussions, restorative yin sessions, and lots of light-hearted group activities, we’ll bring mind and body together with renewed energy and a fresh outlook.
