Each year, it seems no matter how hard we try, the holidays are a busy, chaotic time. They may be joyful or brutal – it doesn’t matter. It can be a lot for our nervous systems, often a time of “too much.”

This retreat weekend is designed to help you recoup after the busyness of the end of the year – catch up on sleep, stretch out, breathe fresh air, and eat healthy food.

Classes will be a mix of movement and restoration. This retreat is absolutely appropriate for all skill levels, even beginners. Maura is a master at modifying classes for all practitioners.
