The benefits of pranayama are legendary, but all too often consistent, effective practice eludes us. In this workshop-style webinar, we’ll explore three potent practices–anuloma, bhastrika, and nadi shodhana. Of all the pranayamas of hatha yoga, these are the three you may find most important in sustaining vitality, strengthening the pranic body, and deepening awareness of the mind-body connection.
We’ll discuss context, benefits, and application; and enjoy systematic practice. The sequences of asana and pranayama are designed to continue building foundational skills, refine technique, and maximize the extraordinary potential of these pranayamas to support radiant good health and expanded inner awareness and focus.
Each session includes about 30 minutes of discussion followed by a 90 minute comprehensive practice incorporating pranayama, relaxation, and brief sitting breath awareness.
