You will leave refreshed, relaxed, and ready for the arrival of your precious little one or to return back to the daily life of being a busy mom.

What to expect:
  • Yoga for all trimesters of pregnancy with a focus on breathing for active labor, visualization, stretching, and strengthening of the pelvic floor
