As we move towards Spring, we are reminded of the transitional nature of existence. Observing the symbolic nature of the changing of seasons can bring forth powerful shifts — in our perspective and in our bodies. Join Yoga Home co-founders Maura Manzo and Kerri Hanlon at the Himalayan Institute for a weekend dedicated to resetting, recentering and restoring. We will use vigorous practices to help us move through the stagnancies and heaviness of winter as well as restorative practices and time outdoors to deeply nourish mind, body and spirit. In our lives, Spring can be symbolic of new beginnings. Let this weekend be a pause in the business of day-to-day to contemplate what lies ahead in the approaching months. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
