Join Hiba and Lois for a restorative weekend where you can focus on your self-care in a supportive and loving environment. We will introduce and practice some helpful self-care techniques, including mindfulness, yogic breathwork, and releasing techniques. We will help participants identify practices they can take home with them to continue their journey with a focus on self-care.
The weekend will include gentle yoga practices, mindful walks along the Institute’s beautiful hiking trails, gentle breathwork practices, and supportive discussions to help make the practices personal for each participant.
