Restorative Weekend: Inviting in the Pause
Join Hiba and Lois for a restorative weekend where you will explore how to invite in the pause to bring peace and equanimity into your heart and daily life, in a supportive, safe, and loving environment.
Hiba and Lois will introduce, discuss, and practice techniques to help participants learn to pause in their daily lives to assist them with decision making, improving their health and relationships with themselves (and others), and appreciating the gifts they each have in their life. Participants will identify and personalize practices that they can take home and implement in their daily routines to further empower them to invite in the pause as they continue their self-care journey and growth.
The weekend will include gentle yoga practices, walks along the Institute’s beautiful hiking trails, dancing around a bonfire, gentle breathwork practices, and supportive discussions to tailor different practices to best suit each individual participant.
