Our EMDR & Wellness Retreat is a therapist-led experience designed for those who feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, or simply ready to step out of the noise of daily life and into a more grounded, supportive space.
Over the course of the retreat, you’ll be guided through EMDR resourcing practices, mindfulness, and body-based wellness experiences that gently support the nervous system and help restore a sense of steadiness from within. This is not about pushing or processing intensely, but about creating safety, building inner resources, and allowing your system to reset.
There is space here for both quiet and connection. Moments to reflect, moments to share, and time to simply be. Surrounded by a peaceful natural setting, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, breathe more deeply, and reconnect with what feels steady, meaningful, and true for you.
