Experience a unique weekend focused on the art of honoring silence. Being in silence and experiencing nature can be our greatest teachers. This guided retreat will help support a total reset for mind, body, and spirit. Many of us are over-stimulated and extremely busy, which can prevent living a life of prolonged peace.

What would happen by slowing down and receiving? The thought of being in silence can feel uncomfortable because it is not a common practice. By experiencing a retreat immersed in nature and listening to the self, transformation can occur.

Participants will come into silenceFriday evening and continue through Sunday morning while exploring guided workshops that are created to deepen a state of self-replenishment. This is ideal for those who are curious about the power of silence or who are feeling burnt out/ stressed. Amy will be speaking to guide the workshops throughout the weekend.
