As the leaves continue to fall from the trees, the earth prepares for a season of rest. A time to slow down and go within (especially before the holidays) and to dig deeper into what we desire in our work and relationships. A time to live with intention and put our time and energy into practices that support our goals for the season ahead.

This retreat offers tools to help us slow down, think clearly, be present for the here and now, and create a path forward that is rooted in intention and gratitude. The practices shared will focus on creating space:

  • Within the body, by incorporating longer-held autumn-inspired yin postures;
  • Within the mind, through therapeutic talks on the practice of slowing down and finding more clarity;
  • Within the spirit, with a mala bead project to invoke creativity;

Along with grounding ourselves with nourishing food, mindful walks, gathering around a fire pit, and so much more!

This retreat will be facilitated by Lauren Verbilla, Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher, and Kristin Ritter, founder of Nourishing Storm, Holistic Health Coach, and Certified 500-hour Yoga Teacher.
