Join us for a weekend where we’ll practice movement and stillness, eat fresh food, and breathe in the mountain air. There will be 4 Soul and Steady yoga classes led by Kate Kuss throughout the weekend.
Soul and Steady yoga classes bring together the styles of vinyasa, classical hatha, yin, and meditation and are suitable for all ages, skill levels, and body types. Come prepared to move and sweat, listen to some good rock and roll and blues music, release into poses that aid in lengthening connective tissue, and relax with guided meditations.
During this weekend at the Himalayan Institute you will be surrounded by nature to help recharge your energy. We will experience meditations in the energetically charged quarters of the late Swami Rama. During your free time you may walk the grounds, relax outside in the gazebo, and explore the beautifully curated gift shop.
