Immerse yourself this summer in practices to connect you to the present moment and enhance well-being. Both Donna and Ellen have cooked up a weekend retreat full of techniques to both cultivate and trust in your inner wisdom and your body’s ability to rejuvenate.
The retreat atmosphere is the perfect time to release the pressures of daily life. Within the routine of the weekend, tensions dissolve and deeper creativity and awareness rise to the top. When in our natural state of peace, we have access to explore our highest self and our intuition.
Throughout the daytime, learn about ayurveda, participate in circle gatherings, take a guided nature walk or practice yoga. At night, come dressed in your comfy clothes and unwind to the sounds of the crystal bowls while relaxing during restorative yoga or yoga nidra.
