Program CalendarNeed some support in joyful living? Modern everyday stressors may at times seem overwhelming. Obligations toward family, work, and self-care, while rewarding, often take their toll and leave us feeling ungrounded.
Focus on yoga, meditation, pranayama, and energy work to balance stress and practice non-attachment. Learn to let go, give space, and gain perspective. Indulge in studying the foundation and practical application of the yogic arts.
We will explore:
- Practical applications of yoga and meditation
- Philosophy and connecting with the divine body
- The kosha model, sutras, and five elements
- Ways to live in harmony
After our time together, students will be prepared to develop and enact an at-home practice to assist them in achieving balance and harmony in their everyday challenges—allowing for santosha: contentment.
