It takes courage and faith to turn inward when the world so relentlessly beckons us with fear and disruption. Seated in each of us is an eternal well of peace and stillness, strength, and truth. Drawing on the teachings of the Yoga Sutra, this 12-day intensive is designed to guide us to that inner sanctuary through a combination of practice, study, and contemplation.

The daily practices help us overcome inertia, awaken to our own depth of strength and stillness, and guide us through difficult and peaceful times. As we turn inward, we learn to access a peaceful flow of awareness within and take this experience into the world, no matter the current condition outside of ourselves. As we gather and increase physical and mental strength, we walk in the new world with increased stability and confidence. As we contemplate the Yoga Sutras, we discern more clearly what is ours to do. These twelve days of practice, study, and reflection will serve as a strong foundation to navigate this new world that is presenting itself with greater strength and stillness, as well as compassion and love.
