- Experience self-applied massage techniques that teach you to activate inner calm and unlock your body’s natural healing energy. These easy-to-learn methods combine massage with mindful breathing to release stress, boost circulation, and enhance relaxation—tools you’ll be able to turn to anytime, anywhere.
