The bandhas (locks) activate and integrate the energetic body, and elevate asana and pranayama practice beyond physical exercise. In this workshop, we’ll look at the three main bandhas from the perspective of the muscular and energetic levels. Then we’ll explore asana to gain and refine access to the bandhas, and work with their application in the context of asana and pranayama.
