Time for YOU!
Fall energy can bring abundance, gratitude, and blessings. In this weekend before we shift into ‘holiday mode’, we encourage you to take time for you — to find all of this inside of you.
Join Kerri and Jen for a weekend ensconced in nature in the beautiful Pocono mountains. We’ll move through both energizing and restorative yoga practices, pause to find stillness in meditation, breathe the freshness of mountain air during hikes, and share stories and chuckles while we enjoy the bountiful meals someone has lovingly prepared for us.
You’ll be encouraged to tap into what YOU need — a nap, time for journaling, a cozy cup of Chai with a warm cookie. Maybe you add a delightful Spa Treatment or take time in reflection in the Sri Vidya Shrine.
We’ll keep bringing you back to what matters most — YOU! This is YOUR time. We’ll chart the course for self-study through the weekend; we can’t wait to see how you tap into the beauty and richness that lives inside of you!
Our Retreat time runs Friday 7pm – Sunday noon, but you’re welcome to come early and stay late to enjoy the Retreat Center.
