Join like minded yogis in a rejuvenating weekend of asana, self-care, meditation, chanting, and conversation led by Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist Melissa Collins.

(Please note: Tough Old Broad is a state of mind. This retreat is open to all ages and genders.)

The weekend includes:

  • Developing an appropriate home practice
  • Asana basics
  • Restorative yoga
  • Ayurvedic self-care, diet, and daily routine
  • Meditation and journaling
  • Group chanting
  • Opportunity to play a 26 string lap harp

There will be time to enjoy the institute grounds and amenities and for personal reflection.

Room and board is payable directly to the Himalayan Institute. There are many accommodation options. Please reserve your room through the Institute as early as possible.
