Move mindfully into kapha season (later winter and spring). Join our group for a rejuvenative weekend retreat in the mountains. Learn techniques to help you breathe better, move more mindfully, and live more purposefully amid the sometimes sluggish energy of kapha. You will learn how to minimize the effects of kapha with ayurveda.

Springtime is the time to begin again, so you will also learn how to set intentions as well as ways to manifest your intentions.

Take your yoga practice a little further with an Introduction to Sanskrit, and enjoy several yoga classes, including a Gentle Yoga class with Yoga Nidra.

Eat delicious and healthy vegetarian meals, drink the BEST chai tea ever, and perhaps get a massage or hike the beautiful trails.
