Fall is a lovely time for letting go and planting fresh intentions. As the leaves turn and change color, so might our thoughts. Thoughts become action and action begets outcome. During this retreat, we will ritually burn what we are ready to turn over, study and explore new practices. We will leave with a seed full of intention and plant it in the ground when we arrive home. As we rest and move inward during winter these intentions will germinate and prepare to enter the world in the burst of growth which is Spring.
