The Winter Solstice is a celebration of great stillness before the Sun’s strength builds, and days grow longer. It is a potent opportunity to rest, receive, reflect while cultivating connection, creativity, and community.

For three days around the solstice points, we experience the power of a standstill point and the shift of direction.

The sun standing still is a powerful metaphor for the energy available to us at the Winter Solstice to change the direction of our lives with intention and build on this energy as we enter into the new year.

After experiencing the longest night and darkest day, the nights grow shorter and the days grow brighter until the Summer Solstice.

We will shine bright in the peace of darkness, knowing the changing of the season and the return of brighter days are ahead; reminding us that we are always connected to nature, and our inner light never dims.

Celebrating the Winter Solstice is an ancient tradition that supports the great visions of our heart. Our time together will be a powerful opportunity to consciously build a relationship with your inner light/flame.

Experience a deep immersion into self and the teachings of nature as the weekend leads us into the new moon, where intentions set are potent.

The weekend practices will include:
  • Moka Origins Cacao Ceremonies / Music
  • Crystal Sound Bath Meditation
  • Yoga / Somatic Movement
  • Breathwork / Yoga Nidra
  • Guided Visualization / Subconscious Restoring
  • Shakti / Creative Flame Worksop
  • Honor the Light Within Workshop / Intention Setting
  • Community Connection / Share circle
  • Release Fire Ceremony
  • Self-Care Winter Solstice Care Package

This weekend makes an ideal holiday gift/opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and loved ones. The intentional experiences will allow for a transformation and surge of joy to bring back into your daily life.

“This is the solstice, the still point of the sun, its cusp and midnight, the year’s threshold and unlocking, where the past lets go of and becomes the future; the place of caught breath.” ― Margaret Atwood
