Learn some skills to bring some light into your life as well as keep you grounded and connected with others as we approach the cold and dark winter solstice.
We will study the Yamas (guidelines of non-harming, truth, non-stealing, moderation, and non-attachment), practice yoga/meditation, eat delicious vegetarian/vegan meals, hike through the 400 acre campus, experience a bonfire on Sound of Music Hill, and try some amazing chocolate made in the factory on the premises. There are also opportunities for massage and other body treatments at their amazing Wellness Center.
Please note that yoga teachers will be awarded 5 Yoga Alliance CEU’s upon completion for this training on the Yamas.
