During this weekend retreat, you’ll explore 10+ miles of scenic hiking trails through the beautiful lakes, rivers, and waterfalls of the Pocono Mountains. Your outdoor adventures will be complemented by yoga and meditation practices rooted in breath-connected awareness-deepening your connection to nature and self.
