During this weekend retreat, you will explore 10+ miles of hiking trails among the beautiful lakes, rivers, and waterfalls of the Pocono Mountains. Your hiking experience will be supported by yoga and meditation practices anchored in breath-connected awareness to maximize your immersive experience in nature. In the evening, you’ll relax and enjoy a bonfire at one of the Institute’s pristine outdoor locations. If you’re looking for an active wellness getaway to reconnect with yourself and nature, this is the retreat for you!

Ransom Hare has a passion for meditation and how sacred spaces can catalyze deep transformation. Ransom has been with HI since 2008, completed his 500-hour teacher training certification, and now serves as faculty and is active in HI's Humanitarian and Excursion programs.
