In response to seasonal changes or events in our lives, our bodies can become tired and sluggish. Our enthusiasm wanes, and we see no reason to push against the force of gravity. In those challenging times, we can do simple practices to wake up and inspire a return to vitality, health, and stamina. First, we’ll awaken the inner pranic resources, and then invite that prana to move us through a series of poses that further enliven the body.
