The yoga tradition tells us that the deeper causes of fear are rooted within, and that the only true and lasting remedy for that deep-seated fear is to remind ourselves of our essential nature. We need to return to that space inside ourselves which is intrinsically pure and pristine. Meditation is the most effective way to do this. It is a methodical system of calming the mind and infusing our entire being with peaceful yet vibrant energy that ultimately moves us beyond all fear and worry.
