Join fellow seekers in welcoming the New Year with a group meditation. Take this time to ground yourself in stillness, clarity, and commitment to our collective wellbeing. Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, PhD will start us off with a recitation of Vedic hymns and we will settle into a silent meditation period that will last until midnight. With at least one practitioner meditating at any given time, the practice will be a continuous, unbroken stream (akhanda). We will conclude with another recitation. Join us from home with your own meditation practice at any point during the evening.
