Naomi Schademan

Naomi Schademan has spent the last three years in residence at the Himalayan Institute’s headquarters in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, immersed in the study and practice of yoga. She recently completed the 500-hour Teaching Training and Vishoka Meditation Teacher Training programs through the Himalayan Institute and is inspired to share the techniques and tools that have advanced her own inner healing and transformation. She teaches yoga classes at the Himalayan Institute, for Pure Rejuv Wellness Center’s ayurvedic and wellness retreats, and in the local community.
