Bonnie has helped hundreds upon hundreds of women uplevel their health and well-being. She has been teaching transformational yoga for 30 years, leading classes, 1:1 mentoring programs, retreats, and workshops. She is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and health coach using the wisdom teachings of Ayurveda and Yoga. Bonnie is passionate about helping others build a loving relationship with their bodies, train their minds, and awaken to presence. She believes that whatever the path, it is essential that it has a heart.
