Brett Cotter is the founder of Stress Is Gone and the author of 3 Keys to Managing PTSD, The Suicide Prevention Family Handbook, and The Stress Is Gone Method. He is a clairaudient, clairsentient, empath with 25 years’ experience helping clients process the most traumatic events of their lives. He has taught the SIG Method in Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, schools, military bases, the VA, and world-renowned wellness centers such as the Omega Institute, Kripalu, the Himalayan Institute, Sivananda Ashram, New York Open Center, and the Tibet House NYC. Brett is the trauma expert for Meditation University’s teacher training program and trains vet-to-vet peer specialists in his suicide prevention protocol. His programs are accredited by the International Mindfulness & Meditation Alliance, he is certified by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, and his core methodology is certified by the American Institute of Stress.
