Carl has studied, practiced, and taught yoga and meditation to individuals and groups for over 30 years. Since completing a 500-hour yoga training program at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Carl has taught yoga professionally throughout the New York and New Jersey metropolitan area. Carl and his wife, Erin, own and operate Glow Yoga, a full-service Yoga, Health, and Wellness facility in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
