Jen Dean

Jen Dean, RYT, is a high school science teacher and Himalayan Institute certified yoga teacher. She has been practicing and exploring the mind-body connection for over 20 years. Jen enjoys sharing how yoga and mindfulness can support us in bravely facing the challenges that life brings; whether it be day to day stressors, or major life events, these ancient practices allow us to remain present and grounded so that we can discover the clarity we need to move forward with passion and purpose. Part of Jen’s passion is helping educators find contentment in these challenging times. Her own experiences with mindfulness as an educator have proven invaluable to her career as a science teacher. Jen will complete her 500-hour yoga teacher training at the Himalayan Institute this fall.
